The project manager will keep you informed on the progress of the work, complying with an agreed production schedule.

This person will be responsible for ensuring that quality procedures are followed, and that the product is completed in accordance with the leadtimes and within the budget agreed.

Our methodology includes a phase for analysing your requirements, and for familiarising ourselves with your project.

Once these parameters are determined, the manager allocates resources and prepares the material to produce the translation, glossaries, reference material, style guides and detailed instructions.
