Sworn translation

Our team includes sworn translators, as well as a network of trusted external partners for translations of court or legal texts such as contracts, certificates, registries, etc. The stamp and signature of a sworn translator gives the translated document the same legal validity as the original.

The provisions regarding sworn translations and licensing sworn translators differ from country to country. In Spain, sworn translations between Spanish and a foreign language can only be done by sworn translators authorised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Depending on the autonomous community, there are additional provisions for authorising sworn translators in the co-official regional languages (Catalan, Basque, Galician and Valencian).
